By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the following terms described. My terms are subject to change, and I hold the right to refuse a commission for any reason. If the client is to break my T.O.S., they will be blacklisted, and only refunded if I have not began working on the commission.
1. No commercial or for-profit use. (Such as RedBubble.)
2. No use of my art for NFTs or AI generation.
3. No claiming my art as your own or posting in your own gallery/portfolio.
4. No tracing or using my art as a base.
5. You are free to use my art for personal use, such as profile pictures, backgrounds, server emotes etc.
6. You are free to re-post your commission, credit is appreciated. I may post your commission to my own public portfolio, please let me know if you're not comfortable with that.
7. You must be over 18 to commission pornography, gore or other age sensitive material. If I am not sure about your age, I may ask for proof of identification. I will NOT draw generally illegal content, such as underage, zoophiIIia etc.
Payment is done up front through Ko-Fi, Stripe or Cashapp, I do not accept PayPal or cryptocurrency. Finished work can be expected from one week at the earliest and one month at the latest. If I take longer than *31 days to finish a commission, I will offer a 25% refund. (*93 days for pet paintings.)
I will send WIPs throughout the process and wait for the client's approval before continuing. If the client does not respond in a timely manner, I will continue the commission without revisions. I accept up to three minor revisions before I charge a 5% fee per change.
I can do mild alterations or corrections no later than 48 hours after completion. I do not accept refunds after I have began work.
